Reception
As you step into this captivating property, you're greeted by an inviting reception area, thoughtfully designed to make every guest feel at home from the very beginning. The reception also features a comfortable seating area where guests can relax and start planning their Algarvian adventure. From here, you have access to the lush garden, the left wing housing the guest suites, and the right wing reserved for the owner's accommodation.

The Guest Suites (5x)
Located in the left wing, a hallway leads you to four elegantly appointed guest suites, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The fifth suite is accessible via the garden. All of these suites are conveniently situated on the ground floor, ensuring easy access. Guests have praised the availability of a dedicated living room and kitchen for their use in this wing, offering flexibility for them to choose to dine out or create their own culinary delights. These communal spaces provide additional lounge areas, enhancing the comfort of the guests.

The Family Suite (1x)
Perfect for families or groups, the family suite accommodates up to five people. This suite boasts two separate rooms, both with direct access to a terrace, as well as a shared bathroom accessible via the hallway. It's an ideal choice for those seeking space and privacy.

The Studio Apartment (1x)
Tucked away in the garden, a separate studio apartment awaits, perfect for two or three guests. This apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a bathroom, and a private terrace offering picturesque views of the garden with its bountiful fruit trees.

Guest Living Room & Kitchen
All guests can enjoy a shared living room furnished with comfortable sofas and entertainment options. Additionally, the fully equipped communal kitchen caters to those who prefer preparing their own meals, complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, and refrigerator.

The Owner's Accommodation
On the right side of the reception, the owner's accommodation provides a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings and striking natural stone wall features. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers convenience and accessibility. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom, bathroom, and versatile rooms for storage or office space. A large attic offers even more storage capacity.

Private access via the rear of the property with possibility for parking two cars. This can be perfectly used if owners want to stay private from their guests, or for staff to enter the premises on this side, to not directly mix with the guest areas. On the front of the property there is also direct access to the very spacious laundry and storage room, this is perfectly separated from the guest area and easy in daily use for the owners.

This property boasts central heating, a solar-powered hot water system with electrical backup, double glazing, WiFi internet, 3-phase electricity, mains drainage, mains water connection to the house and water from the borehole for the pool and the garden. It is also wheelchair accessible.
