THE VILLAS
On the resort 14 twin villas will be build which comprise ground floor and first floor.

The ground floor has an entrance, spacious and bright open plan living room with dining area and fully fitted kitchen with SIEMENS appliances. From the living you can access the terrace and garden. The outside areas differ per villa from 500 sqm till 840 sqm.
A pool can be installed (optional with added costs). On the ground floor there is one bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom.

The master suite is located on the first floor and comprises 43 sqm (!!) with additionally a walk-in closet of 6 sqm and an office space or vanity room of 8 sqm.
