How it all started

I was born in Setúbal, Portugal, and lived here until my 13 th, when my parents decided to move to the Netherlands looking for a better life I embraced the experience at a young age and started to build my life there. Developed a strong connection with the Dutch people and became one. With my love for stroopwafels and bitterballen among others was an easy task despite my appearance. After my studies and a few job experiences didn’t take long before I discovered my passion for sales. Being a very social person and seeing people happy with their purchases because I did a good job, no matter the product is what gives me the energy to get up every morning. At 28 after getting to know Divine Home, Chantal allowed me to go back to my roots while keeping in touch with my Dutch side, was time to get on my next challenge. Real Estate in the breathtaking Algarve. Best of two worlds.

Why I love my job

Picture this: The day starts with a nice cup of coffee to get up the speed at our amazing office in Albufeira. While exchanging ideas and experiences from the day before with my always-available colleagues, it doesn’t take long before the phone starts ringing. The viewing of the previous day was a success, one more happy family is moving into their new hillside home with an amazing sea view and after helping them through the whole buying process they couldn’t wait to give me the news. The seller also took the time to pass by the office and bring a box of tasteful ´pastel de nata` as a way to thank the team for proper guidance in the selling process and shortly he will ask me to start looking for his next investment. I call this Satisfaction. Being able to connect with people from all over the world in this small picturesque piece of land. One of the best climates and cuisines in Europe. I wouldn’t call it ´work´, but yes I love to do it!

When I’m not working
I love all the good things life. Between a dinner with family, a few drinks with friends or a day alone at the beach, would be a tough choice. Sports are a big part of life and I also enjoy discovering new places and going on adventures either on 2 wheels, 4 wheels or flying.
