Portugal's best in Real Estate Marketing

Every year architect’s, developers, interior designers and real estate companies from all over Europe gather together at The International Property Awards to celebrate the highest level of achievement. This year the big event took place in the Marriott Hotel in London where we were honored with the award ‘Real Estate Agency Marketing Portugal’. An award that shows a big recognition and excellence for the marketing effort of the company.

The event

The International Property Awards is an annual event that is regarded as one of the most prestigious awards programs in the property sector. The awards program was established in 1995 and has since become a global recognition platform for property professionals, developers, architects, and interior designers.

The International Property Awards honor outstanding achievements in various categories, including architecture, interior design, real estate development, and property consultancy. These categories are further divided based on region, allowing companies and professionals to compete within their respective geographic areas. The judging panel consists of a panel of experts who assess entries based on a set of criteria.

About the award

In the Marketing category, companies and professionals are assessed on various aspects of their marketing efforts, including branding, advertising campaigns, digital marketing strategies, social media presence, website design, brochures, print materials, and overall communication strategies. The judges evaluate how well these marketing initiatives align with the company's objectives, target audience, and the specific project being promoted.

Receiving an award like this recognises the work of our amazing team. We always strive for innovation and improvement, to be one step ahead.
